My @ and " keys are reversed

Hi all, can anyone help please. On my Vario VGN, my at key @, is reversed with the " key. That is to get an @ when typeing email, I have to use shift+2, and when I press shift+@ I get a ". Any ideas please?

It sounds like you have the incorrect keyboard layout selected.
