Migrate from Windows XP MCE to Vista - how to get drivers ?

Hello all,
I am holding Sony VAIO FE31M with Windows XP MCE (German version) but I want to migrate it to Windows XP Pro (English version). I tried to do the same once but as I havent got any CD from Sony with the respective drivers I have to revert it back.

The drivers which I have copied from the Sony online doesnot have any .exe file. Some of them I managed to install using "Device Manager" and showing the path but most of them I cant do myself.
can anyone please let mw know how to proceed in such cases.

also In case I want to migrate it to Windoes VISTA then also will it ask for all the drivers.

The drivers that you can't install, what's the file extension for them?

I've just downloaded a handful of drivers myself. Most of these are in a .Zip format. To use these files you need to install a compression tool like WinZip or WinRar. Using this you can uncompress these files and then install the drivers.
