i have a Sont Desktop VPCL 11M1EB which is 18 months old and still covered bu the M&S 2 yr guarantee.
It came without an installation disc.
In October a virus wiped out the internal internet norton and othert progs and while I had saved restore for many of getting it back was a reinstall of Windows7. This is fine but I have lost all the Sony Vaioprograms the desktop came with. M7S refer me to Sony who only give 12 months guarantee but I cannot find a means of re loading or getting a Supply of the start up for Vaio programs.
There is no Vaio information on the computer to call up.
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated
