how to turn off myvaioclub at startup?

Hi,
I would be grateful if someone could give me an advice

1. how to turn off the myviaoclub.exe window at startup. It prompts itself and it is vary annoying to be blocked by it, as it appears all the time at startup. I prefer using vaioclub from the web-broser or starting vaioclub manually.
