how do you gain access into the case of a VGC v2s

hi guys,

after many hours trying to slove my tv tuner card problem i have come to the conclusion that the card is slowly dying only problem is how do i remove the case to gain access to the motherboard to change the tv tuner card over? also is there a replacemnet tv tuner card?
