help i can't ha ve a new passeword to connect to the forum i tried to ask one with my serial number but when i try to connect there is a error message how can i have a new psudo and passeword ????

because i didn't connect my self for a long time i forgot all the informations beside i think when i try to connect the website is not actualised old pictures comes up on the windows
