Help me please: Error ID:330001

When I try to write a DVD using Click to DVD on my VGN-AR21B I get following error message: An error has occurred(ID:330001). What can I do? Please, help me!

Hi Wilbery and welcome.

This was a common problem some time ago.

Error ID 320001 or Error ID 330001 occurs during preview mode of DVD creation.

I thought it had been fixed. What version of Click2DVD do you have installed?

I have reinstalled Windows and Vaio configuration. Now all is O.K. With information´s purpose I am attachind a file-image of the answer Vaio e-support team.
