Help! Many dead pixels on the screen. Vaio SZ1/HP/B

Hi together,

half a year ago I bought a SZ1/HP/B. I was very happy with that laptop until pixel distortions started to appear on the screen. First there was only one. That was bad, but no reason to use the repair service. I know, that some dead pixels are allowed on a LCD screen.
But during the last month more and more dead pixels appeared. Some are small and solid black, some look like a grey blur on the screen (2-3mm in size) and some look like little scratches. But none of them is mechanical. The whole screen has no scratches on its surface, I treated my laptop very careful! I don't know how pixel distortions are counted, but if I just count the number of places on the screen where somethings damaged, there are six such places. Each of this damages consits of about 1-5 dead or disturbed pixels!

What do you think, will this be repaired within the guarantee? Has anyone of you experienced something like this with his laptop?

Best regards
TipperTripper

P.S. I bought the laptop in a german online shop, but now I work in Poland. Which support service should I use? Is there a Sony service location somewhere here in Warsaw?

Hi TipperTripper

welcome to Club Vaio..

Here is a link to read the Sony Faulty Pixels Policy..

It would probably be cheapest to use the local number to contact Vaio-Link..
