Sounds like dodgy RAM to me, or bad timings.
Why do you not use Crucial RAM?
Not too bad price wise. Might want to take it back to them and explain the problem.

I'm sorry to say it but for games......Get A Desktop.
Jumpy's right, desktops are the way forward for games.
The RAM must be getting hot due to a lot of I/O going on.
Yeah like Cinema 4D, they do tend to make the RAM go warm, but it shouldn't be doing this.
