Connect your TV and have it turned on and reboot. You are probably doing this but right click on your desktop>go into Nvidia control panel>display>set single display>apply>right click on desktop>personalize>display settings>right click on panel 2>attach>confirm. Your TV should now detect. Sometimes the Nvidia and vista display setting clash
