Are there any command line options for the wireless switcher utility? Even one that will just open the main dialog would be a help but ideally I'd like to be able to send a command line which turns on/off bluetooth or wireless

I doubt this is relevant as I believe the switcher is a common app but I am running an SZ3XWP with VISTA.
