club vaio patch doesnt install for me

when i click on the link to get the patch, all that happens on vista is:
message asking whether to allow or not...
i say yes

then nothing happens, nothing further happens....

how do i fix this?

is there a link to where i can just download the installer application straight?

Have you tried temporarily disabling your Firewall and trying to install the My Club Vaio patch again..

i disabled the norton's internet thing but no luck 😞

however it on my windows xp machine, and the setup appearred!
its just not appearing on my vista machine 😞

Is MY Club vaio still installed on your FZ11Z, if so what happens if you try and run it..?

The bad news is My Club Vaio is not available to download and unfortunately, as we have seen before in the past, the only way to resolve the problem is to run the Vaio recovery utility and restore your Vaio back to the original factory settings..

If you decide to do this make sure you back up all your important data first..

what happens to my club vaio is that it opens and says loading assets...
then instead a small box opens (instead of the big window).....can i can resize it, but nothing appears on the window......:(

werid but i tried running the patch this morning and it worked!!!
