Can't use my rm-vc10e remote with my VGN-AR11S

Hello all,
I had to reinstall windows MCE on my AR11S and everything works, except the remote for the media center.

The remote model is : RM-VC10E

When i click on a button to this remote, the IR receiver on the laptop lights on, so it receive the instruction but i think it don't know what to do with.
Like there's no drivers for the remote installed (not sure remote drivers exists).

In the peripherics panel, there's a non reconised item i think concerning the remote :
eHome Infrared Transreceiver

Do you have an idea for help me use the remote with media center ?

PS: There's no "SONY zone remote" software installed but i think it's not available for my AR11S...

Right click My Computer>Properties>Device manager>Human interface device and in the tree disable and re enable the HID's. That fixed mine. If not update the drivers while connected to the internet

i just did a windowsUpdate and the laptop found the drivers for the eHome IR Transreceiver.
But stil have the remote not reconised...
Please help
