Hello,
I have a VGN-S4M/S with the GeForce Go 6200 w/Turbo Cache and it has only the vga-out connector. I have seen there are several adaptors that convert the vga into rca. For example:

(sorry to use this as an example :S)
They do not convert the signal, just the cable. They say they need a TV signal produced by
the vga-out connector but I do not know if my Vaio will produce this so that I can use
that adaptor
Does anyone know??
Thanks
Hi franito and welcome to Club Vaio.
I'm afraid this will not work with your Vaio. This needs the VGA socket to output a 'TV Out' signal and I don't know any PCs that do that.
Your VGA socket outputs a RGB signal with synchronisation for use with a monitor and unless you have a TV with this input (some modern panels do), you are going to need a converter box.
You can get a VGA to TV converter - quite expensive @ about £120 - or a USB to TV converter @ about £40.
Oh!!
Thanks very much. I tought it could be possible 😞
