Can anyone please help find lost launch bar.

Hello everyone, Can anyone please help me find or download the quick launch bar on my vgn-N11s, i always used it as i like my desktop clear. My hubby decided my laptop needed completely reformatting and when he had finished and reloaded everything my launch bar has gone, .I would be so grateful for any help or advice in getting my desktop back to being tidy.

Hi Susan and welcome.

Just right-click on a blank section of the TaskBar at the bottom of the screen. Select Toolbars -> Quick Launch. This will show the Quick Launch Bar to the right of the Start button.

It may have been emptied during the reformat, so you will have to drag your favorite programs from Explorer into the Quick Launch Bar.
