Bluetooth - Dont want the default software

Well basically i dont want to use the default Toshiba Bluetooth Stack, is there anyone i could use? (free, smaller?) also is there a microsoft one?

I also don't like the Toshiba software.

Vista comes with a built in bluetooth stack however I don't know how to enable it.
