Battery

My VGN-C2S is showing the battery is not detected I have removed and refitted it but it is still the same. Is this a known problem or is the battery shot.

Hi co2laser,

On my one and only experience of this the battery was ‘shot’.

To eliminate other problems you could try and borrow a battery or call in to a Sony Centre and ask nicely if you could try one from a compatible machine...

Thank for the advice I will hunt down a battery. I don't know if it's important but mine has never really be run off the battery.
