Hello,
I am having a real problem with my new VGX-TP1E. I have found that whenever i try to install the drivers from a USB hard drive, that the system crashes and brings up the blue screen, with BAD_POOL_HEADER
I have tried to install the hard drives (both a Freecom and Western Digital device) and have also tried to install the drivers from the net from their websites, and then install, but each time there has been an automatic crash. I have also tried by restoring the software to factory settings and again, it has had no response that was positive...
Does anyone have any better ideas...? I'd rather not have to send my computer off to be repaired if i can avoid it - only just bought it and just want it to work...
