AR41S owners does the magnifier work on your machine ?

Owned an AR41S since October 07
The magnifier command (in Vista) has never worked correctly
E-support has failed to find a solution since beginning of Dec. 07
Most probably some services in Vista causing the problem.
Tried an AR51M in PC world and had no problem.
Magnifier frame on my desktop is always opaque white irrespective
of cursor position and never any magnification of cursor area
Interested if the problem is unique to my machine or affects all
AR41S users
