i tried to get my vaip connected to my tv signal via an s-video cable but when media centre scans for a signal i ony get pictures in black and white. i also get a message about my vaio not having IR hardware, whatever that is. also, does anyone know how to watch full screen video using media player without having those black bands on either side of the screen?using media player you can get the picture to cover the whole screen but media player onnly covers a bit of it and you get horizontal bands on either side(i dunno if all this makes sense to anyone).
