Adding Programs to XP MCE Menu

I read in another thread elsewhere, that it is easy to add new programs to the XP MCE Menu. Well it isn't easy if you don't know how to! Can someone explain how to do this please?

Thanks, that does help. There are a few progs I want to remove. Do you know if there is a way of getting them back once removed? I presume these are like shortcuts, so anybody gone into XP and changed these?

I also wanted to know whether there was a way of taking a frequently used program from 'More programs'(like Playlist editor) and putting it on the main menu (where My Music is etc.) ?
