I have a 2018 Sony bravia smart TV for some reason it keeps crashing when on YouTube and randomly reboots sometimes it's running the latest software I have factory reset it numerous times but still the same problem I have gone through the settings aswell. The model is kd49xf7003

It would help a lot if you tell us more about the crashes like how often do they happen? Do they occur after watching for some time or right away?

Also, if you unplug the TV from the mains for a minute to refresh it, how long does it take to crash (if you open the app as soon as you start the TV and play a video right away)?

Do you have external devices connected?

Does Youtube crash if you connect the TV to a Wi-Fi hot spot instead of your home network?

They happen quite frequently I plug it in and out it only fixes it temporarily I am connected to a wireless network and sometimes wired they both still happen.Even when I am not connected just watching normal TV it reboots itself I have factory reset it but problem still occurs. Some time the buttons on the remote don't work so I have to plug it and out to resolve that problem.

Could you try initializing the personal information on the TV? It can be done by pressing Home - Settings - Customer support - Initialize personal information
