I fitted a new lamp and went in to the service menu to reset the lamp hours but think i done it wrong. In the service menu i went in to the lamp menu and zero'd all the categories and 5 minutes later the tv switched itself off. It powers up but doesn't come on. Looking through the back near the lamp housing you see the lamp start to light and then go out when the fan would usually kick in which it don't any more since i zero'd everyting. After 15 green flashes on the standby light the lamp display light comes on red and stays on and the stanby light is green but flashes red 3 times and keeps repeating this. I have since put a new lamp but have the same problem, it wont come on. I took a note of the numbers in the lamp menu but can't get in to put them back as the tv will not switch on allowing me to get in to the start menu.
Any ideas how to fix this problem?
