Sony Bravia TV internet video problem

My Sony Bravia is connected to the internet no problem, I can access google etc. But I can no longer get the internet video to display when I select it, it connects to the internet video service, it authenicates and acquires internet content and then tells me to press HOME to display the screen. However when I press home it just goes back to where it was so its in a constant loop!  Can anyone help me please.

Hi there.  Sounds like a movie called "Groundhog Day". 

A couple of suggestions:

- Switch the power off from the wall, and switch it on again about a minute later.

- Failing that, do a factory reset.  (But make sure you write down your settings first, as they will be lost, like picture settings etc)  Makes it easier to re-do them afterwards.
