Hi I have a Sony Bravia tv - i'm afraid i don't know the exact model as I didn't purchase it - a previous tenant left It hee. I have it connected to WiFi via a TP Link nano router in client mode.
When using the web browser the internet works fine but if I go into internet video and select 'search internet video' the message 'A network error occurred' appears with the options 'Retry' and 'Cancel'. If I click retry I get the same error message.
Anyone able to help?

There's a set up guide here. Depending on the model of TV, you may need to register an account with the Sony Entertainment Network before Internet Video will work.
