digital TV on KDL-32P3500

I have LCD  digital color TV KDL-32P3500, seria 5334891, software vesion is M 3.216  and can't see digital programs, i call to cable provider and tell me TV digital coding is Mpeg2. Still can't see any digital program. Can someone help me, please Thank you in advance!

Hi shame2012 and welcome.

Are you connecting direct to cable or are you connecting using a cable box?

Check your specifications. I don't think the P3500 Series has a Digital Cable Tuner (DVB-C) - just a Freeview (DVB-T) tuner so you will need to connect through a Cable Set Top Box.  I think the P3550 Series has an additional DVB-C Tuner.

Can you give more information on how you are trying to connect.

You have right in specification is DVB-T tuner.

I try to connect without cable set top box, can i do something to view digital Tv on this LCD, do you have any sugestion ?
