Hi, I have the TV and Home Theatre as in the title and also a SKY +HD Box connected together as follows:-
SKY to TV - HDMI + Digital Co-Axial cable
SKY to Home Theatre - HDMI
TV to Home Theatre - HDMI + Fibre Optic audio cable
This set up has been working fine for the last 4 years, however now when I switch my TV on, the home theatre refuses to turn on, I have to turn it on using it's own remote. However, when I turn the TV off, the home theatre does indeed turn off. I have not changed any of the settings either at the TV or home theatre, but I have checked them to ensure they are set correctly, which they are.
I have also checked and double checked all the cabling to ensure that nothing has fallen out or become disconnected, which it hasn't.
Is there anybody out there that can help me, as it is quite frustrating that it doesn't work.

I feel stupid now. Somehow and I don't know how, in the AV Setup menu, the speaker setting was set at TV, when I changed it to audio system everything is hunky dorey.
