Hi,
I'm having a problem updating the firmware on a Bravia 32-EX703.
The TV is connected to the internet, but never updates automatically.
So I tried updating using a USB stick, but the update never completes (specifically, it detects the new firmware, copies the file from the USB stick, shuts down, the front lights flash for 30 seconds or so -- and then the TV comes back on and nothing has changed! Then it notices the USB stick again, and starts the whole process again from the beginning!)
I've tried re-downloading the file, reformatting the USB stick, using a different USB stick, setting the TV back to factory settings... nothing seems to work.
Can anybody help, please?

PS I wouldn't care, except that without the firmware update I can't use iPlayer...
