I have a Sony Bravia KD43XF7073
I have had it for a year, until about 3 months ago I could play Prime Video no problem. Since then I can still select the Prime app, make a selection to start watching but then within a minute or so of starting the program it will pause and there is nothing I can do other than exit the app. This exact same problem now also occurs when I watch something from a connected USB device; I can start the program but it then pauses and I have to exit.
I have tried the usual stuff of unplugging, restarting, made sure the software version is up-to-date, etc; I am now at a loss. Any ideas?
