only not compatible backup contacts,message etc.. from 4.1 to 4.3, maybe better use backup application from store like original instaled

FYI, I used the Swedish update, and all my settings were preserved.

No major issues found, so far (see 4.3 feedback thread).

Guys,

Firmware updates are made available on each region/carrier as soon as the corresponding SI variant is ready for provisioning.

You may have more than on SI firmware variant on each country, depending if it is for a unlocked phone or for a specific mobile operator.

To know your phone's SI number, type in your dialer *#*#7378423#*#* then go to "Service info" then "Software info" you'll see that the Customization Version (something like 1268-5895).

A recent list of SI numbers for Xperia V can be found here.

So, it's a question of time until your phone get's the update that is the right one for your region and carrier.

I hope this clarifies why some updates arrive later than other.
