Best is to wait until the bug fixes is done, the initial 4.3 fw has a lot of them, the most anyoing one is that the phone randomly reboots...

My Xperia V is an unbranded phone from Germany. I tried with PC Companion and the Update Service tools, and both say that my phone hasn't got any new updates.

My phone is with Android 4.1.2. 

What do I do to update it?

It's been over a month since the update started rolling, and I feel like this is some kinda joke from Sony.

It seems like they stopped rolling the update because of the problems many people reported, which would mean that they took MONTHS to prepare the firmware for the update, and they didn't even test it before starting to roll the update.

These things have a bad impact on how the people think about a company like Sony, and I'll probably think twice before buying another smartphone from Sony.

I have 2 Xperia V  same Telia on both

1st is 1 week old and was updated to 4.3

2nd is from Friday it's still on 4.1.2

SUS is not working (no experia V to select)

Pc Companion say it is NO uppgrade to load

setting /about mobil/ programupdate says NO uppgrade for the moment

What shuld I do?

What do you await from Sony Mobile ?? This is what we get

-bad Software like PCC

-bad Support

-bad Updates

-bad Update dates which never comes true

-bad Bug Management

-bad MTP USB  PC connection, sometimes it works or not

etc.

Those who are still on 4.1.2 count your lucky stars that you don't have to go through the nightmare of 4.3. It's not worth it to update to 4.3 until they fix these bugs.

Are the devs even aware that the update is giving major problems?????
