xperia u boot problem

i want reboot phone but when it started it stays on logo of sony and no continued to xperia and password, icant boot please help, (i can charge it but this is all

i trying repair via pc companion but i cant get to flashmode 😕

To repair the phones software using PC Companion, start PC Companion without connecting the phone and go to Support zone -> Software update -> repair and follow the instructions from the software. When you get to the step asking you to turn off phone and connect it with vol- pressed, remove the phones battery and put it back and then connect it with vol- pressed.

i try it but it wrote "sony hasnt got your software"..

Have you done any modifications to the phones software like unlocking bootloader or rooted it?

Hey. 

I just solved the same problem or something close on my xperia U. It was blocked on xperia logo screen. 

I downloaded and installed FlashTool here : http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?f3zz4b402laiba2

And i get this Android 4 ROM : http://paf.im/Ng0An wich i put in in the firmware folder of FlashTool

After i started FlashTool and clicked on flash button. Selected this rom. When it ask to connect the phone, just use vol- button while connecting it.

Hi. Im having problem with my xperia play. Got struck at logo. Not going to home page. When i charging mobile iy goes to home page but touch is not working. I update the phone with pc campanion still same problem. Plz advice me what should i do?

Yes, I got the same problem, but i haven't rooted the phone. the problem happened when it just 2 weeks pass the warranty date!
