I have a customer complain regarding the official Sony Service here in Macedonia "Mobico" since yesterday the display cracked by itself sitting on a desk without any pressure, and the official here probably are not going to pass the warranty since they believe that it was cracked on purpose and even without seeing the crack they gave me that conclusion, which is very unprofessional since is just like a strait line "hairline crack". If you provide me email i would send you pictures from the phone and the line is the same as this ones on this link the ones that are "Sony Xperia cracked displays – In Warranty"

So i would like to ask you what should i do from here? would be very thankful if you provide me some direct mail contact with regional Sony representative for the warranty of the products here in the Adriatic Region where i can send you pictures from the mobile phone screen because i dont trust the service officials here since i dont believe that they would try to service the phone, they have told me that they would take a pictures from it and would send them to Sony if it will approve the warranty or not but i can also send you original pictures from the device.

How much would they charge if they dont accept the warranty? Mine is the lcd behind the screen its got a shock mark and loads of mulicoloured lines ive been told you have to have the lcd and the screen both replaced
