Anytime, you should be able to get your money back at BestBuy, perhaps you might be interested on the Xperia Z3V that will work with Verizon
This all depends on what version number of the T2 you have and whether or not the version you have is compatible with their network band and also if your device in network unlocked and if you are travelling then is your device country unlocked
Verizon and Sprint are CDMA networks not GSM, it won't work
You learn something new everyday
True that, now the question is, the Z3v its a CDMA phone but it requires a SIM card to work with LTE, so I wonder if its possible to use only verizon's LTE?
Thanks Thommo & Uliwooly for your replies – sounds like due to Verizon’s network being CDMA, and the phone being GSM, I have my answer that I can’t get voice to work on the Verizon switch….. did I get that right?
To address Thommo’s questions:
1. This all depends on what version number of the T2 you have – D5316
2. Whether or not the version you have is compatible with their network band – Verizon is CDMA & Sony is GSM phone
3. If your device in network unlocked – yes (bought at Best Buy; regular $300 for $200)
4. If you are travelling – never
Thanks in advance!
Yes, Uliwooly, will look into the z3v!
