Xperia SP shuts down

Hello,

I have a problem with my Xperia SP. It started 2 days ago. I was playing some games and it turned off. I turned him on and opened Facebook and it turned off again. I thought it was overheating so i left him for an hour turned off and turned him on again and the same thing happened. I google-d something about that and i tried to remove my SIM and SD card at the same time and leave him for 30 minutes turned off and the same thing happened. Then I made a backup on my laptop over PC Companion. I installed new software on him, deleted every possible thing from him, charged him and turned him on. He worked for 5 minutes and then he turned off again. I tried everything and nothing worked. I do not know what is wrong with him so if somebody has something that i could try please leave a reply. Thanks in advance!

When you removed the cards did you replace them prior to turning on your device again if so then leave them removed and test however if you still experience the same thing and a system repair hasn't helped then I'm sorry to hear this but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

I did not return them in the phone when i turned him on. My warranty is expired so only thing that is left to me is to buy a new phone. Thanks!

One thing you could try and that is to have it connected to a power source and leave it connected and see if the same happens as this would help you in finding out if you have a battery issue or battery connection issue

Ya, mine does that at random time too.

Just shuts off or restarts for no reason. Yesterday it wouldn't recognize any cell towers.

Had to power down then turn on again.

I will NEVER buy a Sony phone again!
