Xperia SP ring on Display Problem

Hi Guys, 
When I touch some part of screen(lock screen as well as menu screen)I see a white circle flashing for a second.. Only when i touch some part of the screen.so is it my display problem.. i have updateed to latest version. Please comment.. Help needed!!!

Settings > developer options > turn it off

You had probably turned Glove Mode On.To turn it OFF ,go to Settings->Display->Untick GLOVE MODE

And after you turned GLOVE MODE to OFF,shutdown your phone and restart it.

I bought Xperia SP last week.. today when i connected to my XSP to laptop it started hanging. i could not open even the unlock screen after transfering data when i removed data cable, it started working...also when i was vewing pictures on album pinch zoom option was not working properly ( I have tried hardly then it worked ) after restarting the phone. now it has come to normal... what is the propblem is it hardware or software....pls tell me.
