Xperia S hdmi Output

Hi friends, i have an Xperia S with Android 4.0.4, when i connect my phone to my Led tv via HDMI, i don't know how to get 1920X1080 resolution (Tv resolution).

Anyone know how to configure it?

You can open the service menu by pressing *#*#7378423#*#*. Go to service tests > TV-Out test > TV-Out settings.

I still got a question, i don't know, how is the normal behaviour of the hdmi connection with a tv?

It should automatically recognize the TV resolution?

I think it's a bit wierd that i need to enter service mode to change the hdmi output resolution.

HDMI does not work on this screen. it may be because the screen doesn`t support HDCP or it is not ready. please turn on the screen, switch ti the HDMI channel and try again,

please help about that . i cannot use my hdmi to connect to tv
