xperia p sms tone problem

I am using xperia p & jelly bean last 6 months without any problem. But now I m facing a problem.i don't always get the sms notification tone (fb notification is ok).though other tone & vibration is still working. I check the setting & it is ok. So I restore the setting. Then I notice that everything is ok but after 2days the problem is again noticed.what can I do now??

adding some info to the previous comment. my android version 4.1.2 build number is 6.2.A.1.100.

its a bug .. disable your default notification sound to silent then all your tones will ring withoug problem ..

It is solved. When will we get next update?? I live in bangladesh.

we wont get major update like 4.2, 4.3 or 4.4 but may get a bug fix update only !!

Yes,I support the idea of a bug fix update,but no 4.2 or 4.3.

In addition to the previous question, the problem was solved after changing the default notifiaction tone to silent. But I am facing the problem again.what can I do??

No,I didn't repair my phone.after facing the problem, I reset & factory reset my phone. But it didn't work. Then I wrote in this forum. They suggest me to disable the default notifiaction tone to silent. But now I am facing the same problem. What should I do??
