Walkman app doesn't auto detect any mp3 files in internal storage

Hello SONY

I have another problem with my phone. Previously, my problem is I can't access my phone's internal storage via PC companion so I found a way to access it by using FTP. I tried it via wireless connection and successfully copy+paste mp3 files to the phone's internal storage. However, when I tried to launch the Walkman app, it can't find any music. How can I import the music from the internal storage to the walkman app. How can the walkman app automatcally detect if there's a mp3 file in the internal storage.

I started having this problem.. Before i could just copy from pc and walkman was detecting everything. But now i cant see my songs. When i type on search i see the songs

Clear data for walkman,restart and check again.

Download an app Scan Media from the playstore. This will rescan all the media files and you should see the MP3 files from external or internal storage appear in the Walkman App magically.
