I am developing apps using eclipse adt. Which usb driver do I use to connect my windows 7 64bit pc to my sony xperia tipo?

Solved after much trialing.
Use this link which explains where to get the usb driver package from android
http://developer.android.com/sdk/win-usb.html
Use this link which explains how to install said driver.
http://developer.android.com/tools/extras/oem-usb.html#InstallingDriver
What that page did not explain is that my device pops up twice in device manager. Once under Portable Devices, and again under Universal Serial Bus controllers->USB Composite Device (the one with a picture of a mobile next to it).
Both of these need their drivers updating with the newly downloaded usb drivers. Now when you plug in your phone and run the 'adb devices' command from a console, you should see your phone listed.
Now go into eclipse and to run your project go to Run->Run Configuration->Target
Select Launch on all compatible devices/AVD's, select Active devices from the drop down menu, then run. It will install to your phone and run, allowing you to debug on your computer.
Not straight forward and not well documented, but I have it working.
All the drivers needed are included in Sony PC Companion, availably for download from the link below. We don't have the drivers for Xperia tipo separately available I'm afraid as it seems.

Your link sent me to the Swedish version. Regardless, that is not the driver I am looking for. I can connect to my pc, I need the developer driver so that my Eclipse Android Virtual Device Manager will pick it up and I can deploy my apps directly to the phone. One of these

Testing on the emulator is far too limiting.
Since this post is being ignored I will reply with the current workaround.
Copy the .apk file over to my SD card on the phone. Download and install "file expert" to device. Use "file expert" to navigate to (this was the hard part)
\internal storage\ext_card\ (location of .apk)
When you click on it, android will install it after I have changed the settings to allow untrustworthy apps on my phone.
This allows me to run self developed apps on my phone without having to release them to the market first. It does not, however, run my phone as a virtual device from my Eclipse ADT, so debugging is still not available.
I don't know which drivers I tried, but at some point I also gave up.
Until I noticed that when USB tethering is turned on, then my device is visible in eclipse Debugging and everything works just fine.
I hope this helps you.
