Update my phone! (Xperia Neo)

Hi ive had my Xperia Neo for a while now and was wondering why some people can update to ICS while im stuck on Gingerbread, please help me out as i feel like ive been waiting forever

Because your carrier did not approved the update. you have only one option and that's to manually update your phone with flashtool.
