touchscreen broken

Hello. A few apps were updated and i wanted to restart my phone(xperia m4 aqua). Everything allright. Then i couldn't introduce my pin, because the touchscreen wasn't working. 

I restarted it by pressing the power of button from the sd card slot -> same problem. then a let it 10' off. it has 80% battery. I removed the screen protector - same problem. 

I could use some help please.

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try and do a software repair using Xperia Companion. This is to make sure that what you are experiencing isn't due anything software related in your device.

If the same behavior still persists I'd recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair. Your local support can also assist you with any questions you may have regarding warranty coverage and service procedures in your country/region.
