sony xperia problem

i bought sp in sept this year... from then i am facing serious problems like touch does not work or else it automatically start working without even.me touching the phone.. the walkman app crashes down if i open some other app... the keyboard does not pop up even touching several times and what got worst is i got an electric shock when i attached it to my lappi please help me.asap.i am very frustrated right now

okay thanks and one more problem the aluminium coating is com out on its own its just been 2 months and its all tyrning black.please suggest what can be done my phone's colour is white.... and yes thanks for.your quick reply

I don't have this phone, but my suggestion will be to get a protective case or protective film that will cover the housing

its a serious manufacturing issue as many users r facing this... that coating started to.come.out after a week i.bought the phone...

I've a white sp as well but the aluminium frame is still intact. I suggest you to replace your phone.

okay i will visit the service center.and.hope they replace my phone... what if they refused to replace the phone? do i have to esscalate.it to some higher authority???

They won't refuse if you're under warranty. And Don't forget to carry the receipt in case they ask for it.
