process stop when starting

Hello,
I have a problem with my phone. when I start it a pop say that the android.process.acore has stopped.
Don't know why, it's happen since the beginning.
Somebody can help me?

I am having the same problem.since I bought the phone this message appears on every startup.I try repair tool but I didn't help.anyone else whith a suggestion?

I have contact the supoort they told me i have to return my phone to they.

Good news since 4.4.4 the problem disappear. Thanks all for help 🙂
