phone screen is locked, keyboard is changed and i can't enter my password.

my phone is Sony Xperia Tipo ST21i, and i have problem about unlock screen, i know password, but accidentally keyboard language changed, i don't know how. now i want to switch my phone.. please help me if you know how to fix this, i have seen many things but nothing works for me. how i can reset software or change keyboard language?
