phone not starting just shows charging lid during charging and vibrates on pressing power switch

I have a Xperia Neo V thats worked fine for last one and half year. But today during a call phone got switched off automatically even it had more than 20% battery, till then not started. I put it for charging for an hour it showed charging lid red first then at the end showed green lid for completely charged. Than tried to start but gave the starting vibration then did nothing.
It doesn't reflect any change on the screen. Then connected to PC but again no display on the screen (gave the vibration too). PC shows the device name and the memory card. Then tried it with PC companion of sony for recovery but it doesn't recognised by software even the software says no device attached.
(I have done removing the battery then pressed the power switch and holded it for 30seconds then again put the battery ,still not working)

Remove SIM card and SD card from the phone. Try to charge it and start it without any cards inserted.

You could also try update/reinstall the software using Sony Update Service instead of PC Companion:

Otherwise it sounds like your phone needs to be examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information:
