My xperia U is not turning on?

I turned off my Xperia U four months ago and it's not turning on now and when i tried charging it i don't even see red light on top and no response from mobile, Can someone help please?

I'm sorry to hear about your phone.

I would recommend that you start with removing the battery in your phone and putting it back in place again.

I posted a picture below so you can see how to remove the back cover of your phone!


If the battery is completly drained in your phone it might take 3-4 hours before you will see that the phone is charging, so connect your phone to a charger and charge it using a wall socket for 3-4 hours.

Xperia U has reached end of support so you will not be able to use any of our software to repair the software or such in the phone.
