My Sony Xperia TX doesn't boot after the Sony logo

It only shows the sony logo upon boot, then goes off and shows the same thing over and over again

Or You should try to use sus and follow on the screen instructions (connect device in flashmode) and try to flash new software

how do i run in windows 7 compactibility mode becuase my system is currently windows 8.1

Right click on the executable,properties,compatibility,select windows 7.
