my network connection is gone

when i first got the phone is was fine

i had full connection and everything

now

idk what happened

but no connection at all!!

all i have is a red x on the connection bar

and my using the same network carrier and same sim

i thought maybe it's a system problem

so i tried to repair the phone with the pc companion

but i'm stuck at this

i do what it says but nothing!

the phone turn on and that's it

so what should i do now?

Do not repair it at this moment

Go to settings > more > mobile networks > Network mode > select GSM only.

( Or if it's already on GSM only then select WCDMA only

i did this and i got two bars of connection

then a red x on the connection bars

and when i search for providers i get nothing

idk why

i always have providers

i'm trying to make my search manual

but i select it and it sill automatic

Did you follow it ?

There might be a problem with your sim card, Try taking out the sim and reinserting it

If that doesn't help then repair your phone . It should rule out the problem

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
