my earphone doesn't work

Hi, I bought Logitech ue400vm recently. Everything works well except the adapter. The adapter use for calling. Once I connect it with my phone, a message pop out said it doesn't compatible with my phone. Myphone model is Xperia Acro S with the lfastest firmware version. Can anyone help? Thank you.

you might want to contact logitech for this compatibility issue. also do test the headphones on other phones

I am contacting Logitech Technical Support and waiting their reply. I also test it with my friend phone (Samsung Galaxy Y), the same problem happened.

Most likely the issue are the headphones
